Many advances have been made in the overall fight against cancer, but glioblastoma remains an aggressive disease with poor outcomes.  Brain cancer patients and their families endure a significant amount of stress, anxiety and often financial hardship.  Together, we can make a meaningful difference in what is likely the most difficult journey of their lives.  Our goal is to raise $45,000 by May 18, 2024 and we've raised $28,705 so far!

 

 

Funds raised help support the MercyOne Richard Deming Cancer Center to...

• Help secure local clinical trials for future treatment

• Enable a terminal brain cancer patient to enjoy their dreamed of adventure

• Provide services like massage therapy/acupuncture/music and art therapy

• Facilitate brain cancer rehab services, like speech, occupational and physical therapy

• Transportation fund to help patients get to / from appointments

• Fill gaps where insurance falls short (Compassion Fund) for patients and families
